What is the Landscape Bond?
The Bond Landscape is applied by a decision of the competent Authority and/or by the Superintendence for Environmental and Architectural Heritage and the relevant Regional Authorities.
Those measures give an accurate legislation to the works that could introduce changes in the environment and landscape contest.
This regulation requires that an area should be considered “bound” when exist the needs to protect the environment with rules and regulations provided by the competent Authorities, or the Superintendence of Cultural and Architectural Heritage and the relevant Regional Authorities.
